SimplePixelArt.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to valid takedown notices for content hosted on our platform.

Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on SimplePixelArt.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at comficker@gmail.com that includes:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) of the infringing material on SimplePixelArt.com.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Response Time

We review valid notices within 5 business days and remove or disable access to the material if the notice meets legal requirements. We will notify the user who posted the content.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. The counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and its previous URL.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court where you reside (or, if outside the U.S., any jurisdiction where we operate).

Repeat Infringers

Accounts that receive multiple valid DMCA notices will be terminated. Repeat infringers are permanently banned from the platform.

False Claims
